ytd went for kayaking training,saw joshua while waiting for Victor to reach,he still has cross country training..wow.me and Victor 'joined' GESS training where we rowed on our own in K2 for 14km to train up for the S'pore Canoe Marathon 2010(!!) check it out!haha
http://www.scf.org.sg/Events/EventPages/SCM2010%5CSCMarathon2010.htm2 weeks never kayak(1 week without training) resulted in...pushed ourselves away from pontoon and couple strokes later capsized.warmed up in lagoon before going out to the race course on our own and started the 14km,capsized like 3 more times and at the 12th km i was freaking hungry..Victor wanted to end it but somehow we still finished 14km.total capsized about 4 times only,hope on that day wont capsize ba.looking forward to the marathon!
