so anw reached de place le walk de underpass den dat lik wee kp stamping his feet to 'di siao' us.den zhi kang suggested to run aft we left our bags at de carpark bt onli i pei him.den run to de paddle lodge i abit tired liao,shows dat i cant run de.bt anw i try to kp up wif zhi kang la,den run uphill den run outside,de 'trail' onli 1.7km nia.dam short la,bt i had stitches,so i tink we ran for about 20+mins.go bak carpark gt more ppl come le,so Mr Ng brought us to de shed or wadeva its called.i tink dats when i started to lack water,found out dat Mathew had brought a big bottle of iced water literally ice de,so i drank alot ba.coz i nvr refill my water den i ask ppl 4 water to drink.den wasted bout 20min standing for dunno wad.we walk to de launching point n w8,den tink ACS de coach scold de student 'idiot' coz gt a kayak juz passing him behind,lol.finally can go to de water le.mi n lik wee take a double de,den gt another coach pushing a kayaker.den jia jun dunno sae wad ltr bang de boat den de coach tell us 'u bang de boat u nd to pay'...hu dunno sia.so mi n lik wee suggested to race coz we 'double-motor' lol.we race wif jia jun,den coz lik wee de right hand more powerful so de boat will move to de left n i cant turn bak,so cut into jia jun lane den he sae:'ltr like yuan ching lidat ar..' haha...so race a few times den nd go bak liao.move de kayak up on land dat time de bottom so muddy,den my hand tio de mud.jerome de butt nice sia,whole area gt 'dyed' by de mud lor.

aft we put back de kayaks le n took our belongings we went back to de carpark to w8 for Mr Ng.so alot ppl start to buy drinks n i almost ask all those hu buy drink for a sip.n i drank Mathew's water until finish n left ice nia.dunno y bt i was seriously wanting water bt i didnt feel thirsty or wad.den this wk for 'C' Division kayak trng is thurs,nxt wk fri liao.hopefully mon oso can go ba,bt cant pon HCL de...aiya nth to sae le...bye.

trying to overcome his own 'limits'...haha...dam funny la,he kp getting stuck halfway den was making 'obscene' noises den de netball gals was sumwhr near us at dat time...lol.he took like...more dan 10mins to get over.

so anw training 2dae was quite easy la...run 5 rnds,pull ups,bridge den end le.i confuse wif other ppl de rnds den i dunno if i ran 4 or 5 rnds,bt my timing was 14.30 like dam lan la...pull ups was dam easy:do 5 pull ups le den come down do 20 push ups,for 5 sets.cosmo sae 'no kick!' sia..lol.i did 2 sets consecutively ba...aft dat debrief den 3 sets of bridge.so mon 4 @ MacRitchie Reservoir...hopefully victor can pon 15min of HCL ba.too bad darren cant go...haha...sry 4 being sarcastic or wadeva,bt i juz cant hlp it,lol.
