I've decided to join Standard Chartered Marathon this year, lol 10 km man...have not tried running 10k before, and have not been running for months. But luckily the run is in December, so should have enough time to train up ba. tmr kayaking, looking forward even though not rowing K1 till next wk.

19!!haha breaking my personal pull-ups record agn, which means that i've had enough rest alr...ytd i did 18, today 19, hopefully tmr can do 20 haha.

time for K1 or K2 with Victor yea, gotta learn to row in it without capsizing sia. it's gonna be my main shot at achieving smth in secondary sch ba..

idk why, but stamina has been leaking out of my body since sch reopened. which means pull-ups have been dropping quite constantly, from 13+ to 10 to 6...quite scary, but somehow i managed to get back to 14 today. seriously hope kayaking will resume next week man,so dam boring without cca...but sadly on 13/7 got O' level oral,wish me luck lol
