dam giddy nw...ytd resume training aft 2 wks of rest(slack ba..) alot ppl stamina dropped,including mi la.gym rly was dam stuffy,do until everybody wan puke so have to gt out...den hopefully can like,gt bak de stamina soon...nw aching at de chest n shoulders...
woot 2dae clocked 10km(finally...!) haha went 5 laps in de race course in MacRitchie...was abit late den they sae nd do pumping,lol den juz do 50+ diamond lor...actually dun nd do de,bt i juz do for warm up la.so gt thr to w8 for Mr Ng,gt alot sch thr rowing.saw this JC dat nvr c b4,PJC tink is Pioneer JC ba...nvr even hear b4 de.so we row up den all stop at de starting point,lol dunno w8 for wad so juz went in n row off.haha always came in first,ok la actually wasnt racing at all.sad didnt gt to use Brasca(carbon paddle) 2dae lor,bt at least can clock 5 laps within 2hrs...lol quite slow alr lor.so aft finish 5 laps Mr Ng sae can go keep de boat,den i saw Mr Tee(tink p4/5 social studies cher) sitting at de seat thr,lol wif his wife.tink he surely cant rmb mi de la,so dun nd 'disturb' him la...lol so wif alot of effort(lol no energy alr) moved de boat to de grass thr,den c him kp eating smth...aiya dun care abt him alr,moved de boat bak den w8 for them to take key come.waste like half an hr thr to kp all de boats n leave.den walked towards carpark to Mr Ng car to gt valuables,tio spray de deodorant den even aft i bathe still gt de smell...gosh...hope tmr wun wake up wif ache ba..
1 wk no training alr,n its passed like so dam fast la.mayb coz went genting for 3 daes,lol erm de trip went wif cousin n his family...first dae reach thr 2-3+ alr,n one rm nt ready,so put de luggages at de other 2 rms lor,den dunno went whr bt aft we gt de key to de last prepared rm we went for dinner(i tink..) lol at food court.2nd dae...wake up de latest,lol den watch some show '10 ways to attract a ghost' or smth la,onli sae like some story abt hw de ppl met de 'ghosts' bt nvr rly teach hw to attract..haha anw gt bloody mary.den wash up n went to de outdoor theme park buy tickets,was quite early so nt alot ppl...went de karting place first,first time took some dam slow de kart...came in like last few pos,den coz mi n jx cousin went first,so have to w8 for de nxt rnd we all(dad n uncle n bro) can go tgt.w8ed like dam long,den we all de turn...took a kart near de front,lol betta dan de first one la so end first lor(woot...haha) den take out helmet le tio bang frm de kart frm behind...wtf lucky my neck nvr break or wad sia.
den went de small ferris wheel for fun,lol coz w8ing for pics to be printed...den went de big swing ting,tio dragged by jx de...lol dam shuang la feel like flying out of de seat,den kinda addicted alr.den play those other games like de bumper boat all this,oh den went de bumper car...when we queueing dat time i kinda like 'cut queue' to de nxt row n sae w8 for them thr bt jk de la,den this little guy abt 7 yrs old ba...sae wad 'oh u cut queue' in chinese den i almost sae wtf...lol den c him bu shuang alr la so everybody aim him,lol n he cut between us lor,my bro tio left to de nxt turn...haha den no choice lor kp aiming him...haha den went de indoor rollercoaster,de sudden jerks dam pain sia.
so went for dinner aft dat...had de chicken chop baked rice frm de sum HK cafe quite nice la,lol den jx order fillet baked rice we all finish le den his come,haha went out to play de swing again like 2 times consecutively den i tell him 'waa lidat nvr even queue again dam inconsiderate sia...' lol so his dad came to find us de,bt decided to join us haha.den 4gt do wad alr,tink is go bak hotel watch tv den slp...
3rd dae,woke up early to go take pics of scenery.den c jx like emo lidat,didnt noe wad happen den haven ask...so went first world to bowl,long time nvr bowl alr lor...bt tyco first rnd gt 52(ya its vry lan...) bt top leh,lol my bro n cousin like 20/30+ onli lor...den 2nd rnd my jx bro pro until...can like 2 strikes n tink 1 spare,total 100+ points...den became 2nd.so went bak hotel la...saw dat ting dat jx so worried abt,
dunno wads de stone tingy la...
lol its actually wood...cheapskate la outside marble inside wood.den went to w8 for bus lor,went dwnhill...started to gt giddy so slp,wake up worse...den arrived at 9 at de checkpoint...
