aiya i dunno wad is wrong wif all those ppl hu died when doing water sports,it juz my personal opinion,juz dat i feel de victims' family is pushing de blame to de other party...no offence bt like de guy hu dunno hw to swim,go take up keelboat.although it is nt a must to wear de bouyancy aid on a keelboat bt he cant swim at least 50m,this poses a big safety issue to himself.



n like de dragon boat incident at tonle sap,cambodia(rite?) is nt juz de rowers' own fault,bt de whole event n environment n other elements dat caused it.de rowers didnt wear de life vest coz it affected their performance,n de family is angry y r de rowers allowed to nt wear life vest in de event,n de boat was much more unstable dan those used in Singapore...its juz complicated bt no party shld b blamed over de incident.den this incident is a warning of some sort for sportsmen so de SDBA drew up new rules for dragon boat,n it affected us coz this yr sec1 camp dunhave dragon boat experience...so suay...hopefully nxt yr have la.aiya so its juz dat de 'victims' have to take their own safety measurements by at least b able to swim 50m n wear de life vest no matter compulsary or nt.anw dats my own opinion,anybody nt happi wif dat den i apologise.
